GLOBAL IMPACT
HOW STUDY BIBLES CAN IMPACT THE WORLD

THE NEED FOR STUDY BIBLES IS GREAT!
You may be surprised that there are pastors and church leaders in developing countries who preach without a bible. Due to poverty, geographic isolation, and lack of leadership in their communities, pastors and leaders of churches don't have access to resources like a Study Bible. Many pastors in these countries that do have a bible revealed that they find it difficult to understand things they read without helpful tools like a study bible or theological training.
LACK OF ACCESS

POVERTY
The people in countries like Ghana, Togo, Burkina Faso, and Cote D' Voire live on very low incomes, often below the global poverty line. When families struggle to meet basic needs like food, shelter, and education, purchasing a Bible or attending religious training can be seen as an unaffordable luxury. Also, churches in economically disadvantaged areas may have limited resources for buying and distributing Bibles or organizing consistent religious education programs.

GEOGRAPHIC ISOLATION
Remote or rural areas like Ghana, Togo, Burkina Faso, and Cote D' Voire have infrastructure that is underdeveloped where roads may be difficult to navigate. Some villages may even be cut off from larger cities where religious resources are more available. Churches often face logistical challenges in delivering Bibles or setting up training programs in these regions, as reaching remote villages requires significant funding, manpower, and infrastructure.

LEADERSHIP
Access to spiritual mentors, teachers, and theological education may be limited, particularly in rural areas, which would help disciple believers and raise up pastors and leaders in the community. Seminaries and Bible colleges are also often located in cities, making it challenging for those in distant communities to attend. In areas where churches do exist, many pastors may lack formal theological training, which affects their ability to provide deep religious education to others.
SOLUTION ORIENTED
To meet this need, Sharing The Word Ministries seeks to provide Study Bibles to pastors and church leaders living in these countries. Through your donations, we can purchase Study Bibles, ship them overseas, and deliver them in person to the pastors in need in the field. Right now, we have open doors to the WORD of GOD in these places where people have a serious hunger for the Word of God, hence the need to work while it is day. Our goal is to raise $50,000 to get 1500 Study Bibles into the hands of pastors within this next year with our sites set on raising millions in the future.

STUDY BIBLES
We have already impacted hundreds of communities by providing Study Bibles to pastors in Ghana, Togo, Burkina Faso, and Cote D' Voire. They have helped the pastors and presiding elders to conduct quality studies of the Scriptures, promote effective preaching, and enhance the understanding of the Church as a whole.

Now that these pastors in Togo have received these study bibles from Sharing The Word Ministries, they are ready to study the word and teach it well. These Bibles have intensified our devotional life, had a positive impact on our interpretation of the word of God, and given us a better understanding of what we are reading. We pray that the Lord blesses this project so that more pastors will benefit from this generous and most profitable gift of life allowing them to better evangelize their communities!
